Tenon Tours will provide travel documents to the lead passenger that are delivered via email (e-documents). If you wish to receive mailed documents via USPS, we can certainly arrange this, however, we ask you to cover the shipping and handling.
RECEIVING TRAVEL DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL
1. RECEIVING DOCUMENTS EMAIL
You will receive an email approximately 5-7 days prior to your trip. This email will come from your By-Your-Side Service℠ TEAM member.
2. REVIEWING ALL EMAIL ATTACHMENTS
At the bottom of your email, you will have attachments of your travel documents. There may be more than one attachment as some vouchers require their own page. You will need everything that is attached to your email. Be sure to review all pages as there may be more than one voucher in the attachments.
3. REVIEWING YOUR DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY
This is the most important step. It is best practice to match your printed documents with your most recent confirmation provided by your By-Your-Side Service℠ TEAM member to make sure that everything matches correctly, and that you have everything that you will need. This includes reading the small print. Most questions you have will be answered within your voucher OR on your Travel Document Summary. The information on your summary is also available in the Tenon Tours mobile app.

4. ORGANIZING YOUR EMAIL DOCUMENTS
We strongly recommend printing your documents and organizing them in the order you will need them. You may want to highlight certain information that may be important to you, such as local phone numbers, addresses, confirmation numbers, etc. Please note that some information may be found in your Travel Documents Summary. We advise that you cut your documents individually to save time when handing them in. Make sure you are keeping your documents in a safe and secure place. Some travelers like to keep these in a binder, Ziplock bag, or bound together with a paper clip.
5. USING YOUR DOCUMENTS ABROAD
If a voucher has been provided, you will hand in your pre-paid voucher upon arrival. Oftentimes, attractions will have separate lines for pre-paid tickets. These may be shorter than the line to buy your tickets at the door!
6. CONTACT INFORMATION ON VOUCHERS
Each one of your travel vouchers will have a local phone number and address listed for your convenience. If you run into any issues or have any questions/concerns, you can call them directly. You will always have access to Tenon Tours’ 24/7 Emergency Traveler Hotline, however, we strongly recommend calling the company directly first as most times they will be able to assist you.

You will receive a package approximately 5-10 days prior to your trip. Your package will include a folder with your pre-paid vouchers and your printed Travel Documents Summary, which includes your day-by-day itinerary.
